Manager, Corporate Planning

The successful candidate shall prepare and present various project and feasibility studies and conduct financial analyses for the individual companies within the Group. He/she shall also coordinate the preparation of strategic and operational plans of the individual companies.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A Business Management, Economics, Finance or any relevant degree, preferably with an MBA or other post graduate studies;
• At least two (2) years’ experience in financial analysis, and implementation of corporate planning systems;
• Strong understanding and ability to prepare financial models and financial statements e.g Income Statement, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, Capitalization;
• Good understanding on basic economics;
• Good grasp of market and industry trends in the property market, will be an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Above average proficiency in different computer software languages;
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and has multi-tasking skills
