LISP IV is the sixth and latest industrial estate of SPPI. It was named Best Industrial Development at the 2024 PropertyGuru Philippines Awards. With an area of 247 hectares, it is complemented by 48 hectares of residential, commercial, and institutional facilities totaling 5 hectares developed by Science Park’s sister company, Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation. This park was masterplanned by Sasaki, a globally-recognized firm known for the Beijing Olympic Green and the Chicago Riverfront.
